Custom Design Process - KidvilleHow do you take the dream of a fun-filled, creative playhouse (or play village) and turn it into a dynamic and activity-filled reality? Lilliput Play Homes has been helping families and businesses do just that for over 20 years. Watch as three projects develop from a heartfelt dream into a unique and creative play space.
Charmaine Tang and Amy Zicarelli are smart, experienced businesspeople with a clear vision of the experience they wanted to create for families in the Dallas area. Opening a Kidville franchise, they had all the other elements of their new play center figured out, but they knew their clientele would love a themed play village where the children could bring their imagination to life. All they could find was “the same old thing”….until they found Lilliput Play Homes! Together, we discussed different playhouse options along with different layouts until we had the perfect mix.
Next, our designers prepared a CAD of the front elevation: 
For some local flare, we customized our standard Trolley to recreate Dallas' historic McKinney Avenue Trolley. 
With all the elements in place, our carpenters and painters began. 
The finished project was amazing. The charming and vibrant village was guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser! 
Kidville – and their adorable play village — has received tons of media attention for their excellence in creating such a successful and fun play experience.
Seems everyone wants to play in the village! Mission accomplished.
