Return Policy

If Buyer seeks to return an item, LPH must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for packaging, arranging and paying for a traceable method of return shipment. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment once the item is received, inspected and processed. Delivery fees are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
